ESCT Second Chance Contest 34, often referred to as ESCTSCC #34, was the nineth edition of ESCT Second Chance Contest, held in Haifa, Israel, after Eden won the previous edition with "Better". The contest is organised among the country delegations of the Eurovision Song Contest Tengaged to select the best song which did not make it to the Eurovision Song Contest Tengaged 34 through their national finals.
Twenty-one countries confirmed their participation in the nineth edition, breaking a new record of participants, which was previously settled in 18 countries. LÉON from Sweden won the contest with the song "You And I" receving a total of 150 points, a brand new points record. North Macedonia finished in second place, with Israel finishing in third place.
